About Us

The track at Monticello is the heart and soul of our club. Designed by Pablo Montoya, father of former Indy 500 winner, Formula 1 driver and now NASCAR driver Juan Pablo Montoya. This track is on par with some of the greatest in the world. Just over one mile in length, 27 feet wide with all turns named after Formula One champions. The track can be run in either direction and we have a short 4/10 mile track which is used for our driving school. If the short track is busy, members wanting to practice can use our 7/10 mile practice track, which consists of turns 3-19. Normal racing direction is clockwise.

MKMC was featured in an episode of WFSU's Local Routes - the episode aired on February 8th, 2018! Check it out!

Monticello Karting and Motor Club was voted one of the top ten tracks in the world. Check out the article!
